Hi guys quick one really tried searching but came up with no useful posts for what im after.

Im looking to find out if i can use the standard wheel bolds with 10mm spacers for the rears on my mk4, at the moment im running 20mm spacers with longer bolts.

Am i going to have to buy other bolts for the 10mm ones?

Reason reason for asking is that im trying to lower the car more and its having some rubbing issues with 20mm spacers.

yep you will have to get new bolts again. the biggest you can run is 6mm on standard bolts

Hi kenny - another option might be to buy the 10mm Spacers that have Two sets of holes. So you bolt the Spacers to your Hub, then your Wheel to the Spacer (using standard wheel bolts).

This technique is also thought to be better, especially if you go with "hubcentric" spacers as they are kept perfectly aligned, as they have a spline that mates with the Hub.

cool thanks for that think ill buy hubcentric ones sound like a safer option.

Hi Kenny, no problem. To confirm, the Hubcentrics are made by Eibach.
I have these on my Mk4 Ibiza.

Also if you have 'special' wheel Bolts then this means that you can still fit them, as they just bolt to the Spacer without issues.
