What's this red bar behind grille?

It looks like a version of bmw's v bars but I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Maybe it's something he made himself but where did he put it then? I've attached images of what it looks like behind my grill and I can't see a place where you could possibly put it. The video is from a carspotter.

Ohh, it looks cool! But wouldn't that block the radiator from getting air?

Only a little bit, but there is obstruction in that area by default (at least in my cupra). In other words, Im not worried about it
