i used to use silicon spray, then wipe it down later so the dust wont stick

where do u get that from ?

Autoglym have brought out some specialist silicone hose wipes and they have the Samco logo on the box.

Saw them in Performance VW or Golf+ a month or 2 ago.

yea i spoke to the guys on the autoglym stand and they said its just the bird wipes in a different box for twice the cost

That could be true tbh, the boxes do look very very similar. You get some good deals from the Autoglym stands. :funk:

auto glym do a silicone spray about £5, its good for all plastics and interior ect

+1. Its a very good product. And gives the plastics a really good shine.

Yep, it does sound daft alright, i used them recently and they did work well, i was going to a car show and forget some of my cleaning stuff so i popped into tesco and bought some, worked a treat.

have an oil leak with really new oil. mine have never looked newer!

on the serious, use a degreaser spray then wipe that off and then spray some WD40 wait 5mins and wipe it off. job done!
