Which InS co.?

and what parts of the exhaust?

IIRC LV will not load any mods so long as you dont increase engine capacity....they even dont mind REVO, JAbba etc

Its with admiral as they were by far the cheapest for me at 650 4yr pncb

lv were about 1000 for me !

That's the front and rear silencers and high flow cat, plus they add the dvr as a transmition mod as well for that price.

They point i was geting at with the DVR is that a lot of people are saying their insurance companies arent charging any extra for it, but Admiral in their moment of wisdom say they can only put it down as a transmition modification - no power gains but pay a premium ?

Presume then that when you declare the mod they pass to their underwriting team.....might be worth asking for a chat with one of the underwriters and ask for a more indepth explantion as to why the mod is transmitional.....you might be able to get some common ground and at worst they could slightly lower the loading

worth a shot
