Hmmm.....

Only got my Leon on 5th November so still very happy with it however......

1. The fog lights coming on to aid turning in the dark. Not got my head round the need for it tbh. No apparent way to turn it off via the mfd.

2. The absolute crap radio reception!!!!

3. With my light switch set to 'auto' the headlights stay on dipped beam. I assume they should only come on dipped when it senses its dark enough. They don't turn off so i assume its back to the dealer to fix unless there is something in the mfd to fix it.....

Other than that Im very very happy.

Lack of a Cruise Control light unless you have the MFD annoys me.

The windows/windscreen mist up a treat - got in the other morning to a properly wet windscreen - ended up having to towel it dry :thumbd:

Mine is relatively rattle free, though coming from a 2002 Clio that sounded like a mouse having a tug in a filing cabinet anything would sound rattle free.

Mum sitting in the passenger seat.

Like others, mine rattles. One behind the climate controls and one really irritating rattle/buzz over near the corner of the dash on the passenger side that started a week ago. Can't track this sucker down to stop it.

Also get a weird crack sound from near the glovebox on certain speedbumps.

Few other points from me too

1 - the radio - I cant have the traffic program on anymore is it will cut out to random radio stations every 5 minutes most of the time it eiher goes to wales (im in staffordshire) or radio 1 which never has travel info

2 - as already mentioned the fog lights coming on in reverse, dont really know why they do that .

ill have a look on ebay for the wire, i did buy a really cheap on off ebay before which said it was for the mini but it wouldnt work for some reason.

i hate that it cuts out for no reason
when you open front windows when its got a wet roof it pisses in when you go round a corner
when it decides to have no power until about 2500rpm
that the window wiper blades are making a right row after 6 months
that i could do a better job pissing on the rear window than the washer

Hahah yes the window open thing, got me the other day!! bastid!

Oh yeah and the rear window washer is rubbish :p

The cruise control annoys me on mine too. It's quick to go up but bloody hell it takes FOREVER to get it to go down a couple of MPH.

My drivers window has a mind of it's own. If I start the car and wind it down half way, when I want it to go back up, it's puts itself down completely and takes a while to come back up and makes some **** 'i'm struggling!' noise as it does it.

I have both of those at the moment. Let me know if you figure them out!

I can turn off my fog light cornering lights off via mfd. However, as for the wet screen I can second that. Its very damp in my car, interior mirror, dials, and windscreen are clammy. I miss my ford heated front screen.

I'm not so sure about the heated front screens. My brother has a Ford Focus and likes to 'race' me on a icy morning as to whom can de-ice their screen the quickest! I can with trusty de-icer and a scraper, but the de-icer always manages to make my car go misty on the windscreen then takes ages to clear!

I noticed that since I had my windscreen replaced it's no where near as quick at de-misting than the factory fitted one.

Yes it does, but even if you do that or hold it down, it does take a long time to go down. In my car anyway!

i have no issues with mine at all. only had her 8 months now, but cant fault it so far.

as for cruise control, mine is bloody responsive! i say go up, and it goes up, i say go down, and it goes down without hesitation.

Glad to say the car is rattle free, cruise control is very responsive etc. My only grip is a slight squeeking rear break at times when the breaks get a bit hot and i go over slight pot holes it sounds like a mouse. Had the breaks all taken off callipers cleaned etc and it still does and has been for about 10 months lol. Not binding just a wee squeak at times

It is handy however when you return to your car and the wipers are frozen solid so you dont damage the wiper motors!:)
