got to say considering i came from a 350z which despite only having for a few months i loved and still miss it, i have been very impressed with how well the leon has kept me interested in it, i mean driving it is great handling is awesome (even better without the bridgeston re050's on it) out of the box, brakes + power is very nice (do miss having more power) but still it is a lovely car but some things wind me up with it .

1) climate control - the fact that it has a mind of its own really annoys me i mean if i wanted it to go onto auto mode id press the auto button, just because i choose certain settings doesnt mean i want it on auto... and then even when you do select a fan speed a few minutes later it will have changed itself to something that it wants to do :censored:

2) just the dsg box on this one when in D it stays in 2nd gear until you stop yet when in manual shift it will drop down way too early so say your rolling up to a jct and its clear your in first so you go to press the accelerator and it jerks unless you quickly shift up.

3) dislike that you have to pay £80odd for the lead to play the ipod (yet to bother spending it as i did buy one of the ebay ones but it didnt work).

4) the cruise control when you flick it up/down it doesnt really make a great deal of difference unless you press and hold it, i prefer it on my dads passat where it goes up/down in 5mph gaps.

5) oh and the buzzing noise something in the engine makes which after searching on here is apparently normal in the CR engine .

other than that its great lol dont think i have noticed anything else yet .

Endless amounts of rattles!

Everywhere, seat belt holder

Drivers window

Door card rattles when music is on level 8?!

Rattle from plasticy dashboard.

Front passenger door

Somewhere on the nearside rear?

:wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf:

I have the odd small rattle, but I like my cruise control and the fact I can tweak it to exactly what I want.

Didn't like the lack of aural pleasure initially, but that's what aftermarket induction and exhaust kits are for! :D

no rattles here
BMW cable £15 off ebay works perfect
Climate control does as its told

Annoyance pressing the loud peddle cause the fuel gauge to go down and the passenger seat volume to go up :)

1, It's well logged that the front fog lights come on as cornering lights, but why the hell do they both come on when you select reverse, not being funny but there's only one direction I'm looking when reversing.

2, When it's raining and you open the front doors, why does it deposit a nice puddle on the floor, like it's having a wee.

Most annoying thing is the windows steaming up. Just got in my car this evening and every window soaked. Can't wait for the frost to come and when i have to defrost the inside again!

No buzzing from my CR engine, and it's now nice & quiet and very smooth once fully warmed up.

No rattles.
As Tony states - £15 BMW iPod lead works perfect.

My only gripe is that the 'higher end' models really should come with sill protectors to finish it off IMO (penny pinching bloody accountants), oh....and the boot aperture is a little narrow but I guess that is the pay off for having such a nice looking rear end.

*note to self purchase duct tape*

Have to agree with that one however I got some vinyl Carbon ones of Ebay pretty cheap and they look the part

But the aluminum ones available from Seat should be standard fit on the FR along with the lovely pedals the Cupra gets :)

i hate that it cuts out for no reason
when you open front windows when its got a wet roof it pisses in when you go round a corner
when it decides to have no power until about 2500rpm
that the window wiper blades are making a right row after 6 months
that i could do a better job pissing on the rear window than the washer
