and ha no, North West.

I would recommend having it done, for what it costs, it makes a big difference, car definitely looks more sleek and sporty :)

And Ive just bought those 18" wheels,,(it came with the 17's), but I wish I had bought black wheels now :)
I'm liking them wheels! Mind if I ask how much you paid?
Cheers

Hi, I paid £700 for them, they were from a 63 reg car that had only done 700 miles,

The owner had just bought a set of black 19's.

I'm selling set of 17's, they've done 1500 miles, they are on ebay at the moment.

Open to offers.

I've found the Leon to be very smooth and comfortable, and the TDI with DSG box really does give you effortless driving,

I like what you have done Tardis, particularly the foil wrap and splitter. Something else going on my to-do list with wrapping the bit by the front number plate. I bought a splitter from Seat when I had the MK 2 FR but never got around to fitting before trading it in for the Exeo. Nearly put it on Ebay but thankfully didn't get around to that either.

Sorry for the questions but: -

1. Did you remove the mesh on the lower section before wrapping it?
2. What kind of fixings did you use to secure the splitter.

I always get a bit nervous of doing anything like this as I am not the most practical person (sit at a desk in front of a CAD machine most of my life) but they results look really good.

Thanks, the mesh section stayed in situ all the time and I just used self tappers with a washer to fix it.
I've been some 3 figure speeds and nothing has got detached as yet, so pretty sure its secure!

Cybman - not as yet.:(

Over the last couple of days I've bought some stuff (Cupra pedal covers and footrest, Audi S3 aluminium gear knob, Porsche caps for oil and coolant) washed it and fitted LEDs in the interior...
