what bumper is this from exactly ?

bought this on ebay last week , me being a dope and thought it was a cupra R rear but its either a FR or a tdi i believe that theres 2 types of FR rear bumpers and just wanted to know which one this is before i sell it on

It's a cupra rear bumper

Yep CupraR has the black valance bit in the middle beween the exhaust cutout and the tow eye cover.

FR and the facelift Cupra have the same bumper you bought , the FR+ has the Cupra R bumper
