one word sums it up

WOW....

Dealer said its booked for the hour away you go and enjoy..So we did from Cheltenham to the Forest of Dean on some lovely B roads, ended up being out in it for 1.5 hours..

Fast, enjoyable to drive, holds the road, brilliant seats and sounds great, we even like the gear knob!!!!

So glad we ordered one in January and the Dealer has at last confirmed week 13 build. Though he reckons the winter pack is still an option but with no heated seat ( he is going to find out if the price will change) and he reckons we might not be able to have the tom tom stuff as its not in the book for the Leon..

Defo ordered side skirts and rear spoiler for ours though as the Cupra does look understated without them

Just cant wait now for ours to arrive:funk:

Can I ask how much your dealer is charging to supply and fit and paint the side skirts and rear roof spoiler? Thanks!

And can anyone find the rear roof spoiler on the Seat website, I have looked in Accesories where I can see the side skirts, but not the spoiler:confused:

Here you go:

The top spoiler improves the car's dynamics by reducing the air resistance and at the same time gives a sporty look to the back of the car.

Any spoiler will have an effect on Aerodynamics. Whether its positve or negative.

In the case of the Aero kit, its more for aesthetic effect than a dynamic alteration to the car's handling. But a larger wing on the back will create a little more downforce, whether its noticeable or not is debatable.

If anything it may reduce the cars top end by a few miles per hour, but when its capable of around 150mph anyway, who cares.

To be honest not too worried on the cost as its what we want though we are looking at getting the JE stuff on it instead of the Seat kit as the side skirts look nicer!!!

But when ur spending 20K on a car what difference is £500 when you get the car that you want..

I quite agree, don't get me wrong, when I asked if you would tell me how much it was going to cost you I wasn't criticising you for adding them on, it was to help me decide whether I wanted those options on mine:D

Seat sent me through a CD Rom with Cupra info on, poetry in motion they called it!

Just wish I was slightly better paid to go out and get one!
