Model Year 23/24 Warnings stored?

I got some warnings on the digital cockpit the other day. I think it was DSC / TC related. However, the writing is a bit small for my old eyes, so I couldn't quite read it without my VDU specs. By the time I got home it had cleared and hasn't come up again since. Without having an OBD scanner, is there a way to look back at historic warnings?

I often get front assist / road signs unavailable, but that seems to be linked to fogged / iced up windscreen as it clears up after a few minutes driving.

I also got an ECO with a circle round it symbol. Is this 2 cylinder ACT mode or DSG in neutral or possibly both?

I do see Eco in circle more often.
As I try to drive in an efficient manner.
Mine is 310bhp I don't think my engine has cylinder activation or deactivation feature.
For me it's DSG in Neutral probably, that's what I think.
