We like to keep an eye on what the VAG brands are doing (well I do) since it's likely to come to Seat / Cupra in one form or another using the parts.

Interesting new infotainment being talked about and continuous life cycle updates of the cars software. Mib4.. mib5.. difficult to keep up.

There have been moans about the VW line up having a gap in it... seems gap filling has arrived but you got to wait a couple of year. There are released YouTube videos of it. It's a taster to see what people think. These are EVs at lower price points to break the traditional moans.

Not so interested in EVs, but probably we'll have to be, at some point.

This one looks very attractive for its segment, in terms of exterior design. At least to my eye. Hope they'd build it without changing too much, like wheel size, lighting etc.

The Volkswagen World Premier: The all- electric ID. EVERY1

Sometimes we have fun with these launches.... Anyhow the floor manager, managed to get the chief exec off the floor before the cars started their parade... 🤣. Probably got confused about was this when I welcome the cars or later... err later. Off you get. 8.13.

Music by David Bowie.

There was an acknowledgement that they hadn't got the software right previously. Presume the Mib3 debacle at launch and the emergency call feature going off etc... circa 2020 for a couple of years. Chief Exec walking the plank for the chaos subsequently.

The interesting one is with the launch of the new line up the 5 year new model, refresh cycle, chassis and the mib launches will be broken. 2027/28. Maybe settle back in after 2030. Who knows. Generally 2029 would see the 2030 models etc.
