if USA import taxes are mad, then a USA sourced part into UK then resold fixes that for you yea?
I have a Spec stage 3 clutch coming in shortly.

Of course bill BUT in Spec's site i saw that
OE size is 228mm. This is a 240mm upgrade and must include a flywheel which means that i need and a spec flywheel???

or you mean that you are waiting a vr6 item for 228mm flywheel???

personally not impressed with SACHs power clutch. MrsB Lupo has one and its started slipping.. low milage on it and not daft power either. SPEC unit will replace it

They are just standard parts. GSF, Euros or a few of the sponsors on here.

thats cool. But sorry if im being stupid. I have the part number which i have found for all that i need. But if i quote these part numbers to say someone like euro car parts or a motor factors place will the part number work. Ie will they find the parts.

And also is the single mass flywheel going to cause more vibration. This is what i have been told this morning.

Any good motorfactors should know what part you want from giving them the part number. Dont think you will get any vibration or anything from just a single mass flywheel. A lightened one doesnt give vibration really just a little gearbox chatter on idle and thats really nothing and only just noticable.

ok thanks for that. Much appreciated. Any idea how hard or easy it is to take gearbox out and do it myself on the drive. I do all my own work just never have do gearbox on car. Only ford transits
