Viro-sol mixture strength

Those of you that use Viro-sol on your wheels/arches/etc. What strength mixture do you use? Do you use it neat?

Given how dirty wheels can be neat seems like the best idea to me.

As virosol is not aggressive it can be used neat or cut with water, I use it anywhere from neet to 50:1 though as a general cleaner I mix 20:1

Hmmm, I think I'll try a 1:1 mixture to start off with. (For my wheels and sills).
