Vag com with Audi TTs

Hi all,

I used vag com on my m8s recently purchased TT 225bhp quattro, but it couldn't connect to module 46...central convenience module.

Is this meant to happen? It connects fine on my leon and ibiza.

I was hoping to make his alarm chirp like we can on the seats.

Yes, this is meant to happen because there is no #46 module on the TT (8N). It uses #35 (central locking) instead.

In future if in doubt we suggest you perform an Auto-Scan so you can see which modules are installed and there is also a vehicle application chart on our website that lists this.

Could you tell me if it's possible to make his alarm chirp on lock/unlock?
Also whether the auto closure feature will work on the TT...its a UK 2001 model.

Totally possible, it's done by recoding the central locking control module.
