Vag com run and done

Right this might be a no brainer but here goes

I have run the trail version of vag com and it ran through what i believe to be the process (which too hours)

now once it has finished all that it says in the window is something on the lines of

address 15 air bag not checked

now i know that it should say that as i did not tick the check box for it to check the airbags, but does this mean it has completed the process and found no errors or problems.

Im sure i will get the usual obligatory statements but i've never run it before and was previously having problems with it so just want to be sure its running properly now

So what command did you use to scan for faults?

There should still be a report from the check of all of the controllers, even if it just says "no faults found". I am not sure why it took hours as it should only take about 1 minute max.

well thats what i was expecting to see

adress 1 - no fault
address 2 - no fault

etc
etc

right i'll have to give it another go

Yeah, there will be a bit more info than that, something like the below:

But ideally without the fault codes!!!

Try using the auto scan command, I don't think you can choose not to check certain controllers though. It will open and try all of them. It will also try some controllers that you don't have!!
