Vag-com help in Newcastle

Tried the Vag-com section and no answer.

I have the dreaded diagnostic warning light on my LCR. Its running spot on so not coil packs.

Can anyone help in the Newcastle area with VAG-COM

Ive got one of them diagnostic tools off ebay, it read the codes on my LC and turned the light off, i live in Washington if any help?
