Camshaft main pulley nut 100nm
3x bolts that retain the belt drive pulley 25nm
Injector rockers are a bit more involved than you have described
But i will try and be simple
1- turn engine over by hand until the pump injector you are setting up is fully open(compressed)
2-undo the lock nut on that adjuster
3-Tighten the adjuster till it bottoms out (you should feel resistance BUT DO NOT FORCE )
4- Back the adjuster back out 225 degrees and then tighten the lock nut to 30nm

Hope that helps the hard bit is understanding the statement in item 1.

not sure about item 1, quote from book, fit dial gauge to adj' bolt of injector pump-----rotate the crank in direction of rotation ---"untill the rocker roller is at the -- START ( my capitals)---of operation point " ---remove guage ---screw adjustment bolt---etc

Yes that means the roller is at the top of the stroke meaning the injector is nearly fully open
