I would possibly look at the APR route matey, did they get you a price on fitted? Yes ok so the JBS04 conversion does sound good, but i know someone who has still had problems with his, cracking manifolds ect, and his clutch slips quite alot aswell from what i remember. Also on some rollers he doesnt make the figures that JBS have claimed. Have a word with him before you take the plunge, and just see if he would take the plunge again given the chance. Think his name is Bezzaboy

its a 54 plate and yes waranty is void as they know its remapped.
i blame the remap personally but it aint gonna change a thing passing the blame! i was going to put a better turbo on the cupra anyway just this has given me a kick up the ass to get it done. im just waiting on jbs to work out a reliable maf sensor and housing setup then i can roll her into the workshop.

its not propper gone just smoking and smelling a little on idle but according to the seat technicans my internals are going

will do triple d there isnt many turbos going tho is there ihi seems too much and apr quoted me £900 for a reconned ko3s if i pay the money im going to jbs will regret ripping me off word of mouth is a horrible thing and can take alot of customers away but they sound genuine at the mo and i trust them but il have a word with beezerboy matey!

What about MRC? like i said in the other thread, they seem to be pretty good IMHO. This is my friends car http://www.mrctuning.com/custcars.php and this thing pulls like a fooking train, all the way to the read line in every gear. He was the one selling the IHI turbo i was going on about the other time. He used to use JBS but got a bit pissed off with some of the staff so never went there again. He now swears by MRC, and after seeing there S4's in action last weekend, these guys know there stuff

im gonna have a little brose around the website do they do a turbo that will give you about 270-300bhp reliably!!! as this is all im after

I should imagine so, maybe a s4 hybrid? as iirc they use 2x KO3s dont they?
