Wrong. You turn up on an existing thread, asking me (by name) a specific question. I could ignore you of course, but that would just give you a bad impression of me for the wrong reasons. I'd rather that you got an honest answer and make your own assumptions as to why. Had you posted a new thread and asked the same question to the forum as a whole, I could (and would) have simply not answered and there would be no issue at all.
You're new on here and your first post has been simply looking for an answer to your question, so we can only assume that once you have the answer you require you'll be away armed with the knowledge and never be seen again. That does happen. A welcome post, some detail about your car and what have you would give people a better insight as to what you're about, and you may well get answers to your questions. As it stands, for all I know you could well be someone I don't particularly like very much who has signed up under an alias to try and cause me more hassle and aggravation. That my friend is not going to happen.
So while you may not like the answer I gave you initially, or understand my reasons for being unwilling to
help, it's an honest answer and nothing you can say will make any difference to how I feel about being reluctant to
help you. And to be honest, since you didn't get the answers you were looking for you've hardly gone any way towards endearing yourself to me really, which simply reinforces my current view that perhaps I should just
help myself and let others sort their own problems.
And I'm doubly suspicious as the information you asked for has been posted earlier in the thread anyway.
