Update Frozen

Hello everyone, Last Wednesday my Seat asked for a update and has since then been stuck on the following screen.

Has this happen to anyone?

I have tried disconecting the battery for 2 hours but it just goes back to the same screen when i reconect it.

restart the radio by turning it off and pressing the on button for 10 seconds, this may result

I did, goes back to the same thing afterwards.

I made a mistake its 20secs with car off, alternative its to use obd.

tried 20 secs didnt work, ordering a tool to try it. thanks
