Yeah i ordered the two for the cooler inlet and outlet then there are 3 straight couplers and two 90 degree bends that i've ordered all in 4 ply silicone and threw the jubilee clips it came with away and bought some really good TCS stainless ones.

Hi mate this is everything i bought apart from the jubilee clips as i didn't use the ones that came withe the pipe kit as they were very poor quality. I bought some stainles TCS jubilee clips from local suplier, best in my imho.

I've not got any step by step pictures unfortunately but am still waiting for the straight couplers to arrive but when i get those and fit them i'll take loads of pics and post them up. To be honest it's fairly easy when you get into it takes longer to strip everything down, the only thing is i had to trim the barrier down to fit arond the cooler and there is a little bit of the inside of the bumper to come off. But really only half hour with anle grinder.

it fits well, been messing about with the map pipe from forge, got it sitting perfect now,

the cooler is perfect size, the only bit i had to take off is there the pipes come off the cooler there was some metal sticking out, a few minutes later it sat fine ;)

ive been using the buggered cooler as a mock up untill my new one arrives next week, all ive done is mounted a steel bar accross where the red line is, and got some L shape brackets and mounted on there,

id say if your not handy with a spanner and grinder then dont bother,

total cost £190.

sorry about the bad drawing but gives you an idea,

Yeah think your right, just need the confidence to go for it. Worth the effort tho imho for the saving on the forge one and the satisfactin that you did it yourself. Mounted nine on brackets fixed to the two angled pieces in front of radiator but my cooler must be thicker and couldn't get it between the barrier without losing a bit of it.
