Just been quoted over £120 quid from seat for the undertray on my Mk3 Ibiza Cupra & Euro car parts don't list them. Any one any ideas as to where I could pick one up?

£120 seems an awful lot for a peice of plastic!

cheers,

The undertray is no more than £25 inc VAT so they must be looking at at least 1 1/4 hours to fit ??? Book time is 0.3 so you is being diddled I think

This is all wrong i am stupid boy looking at wrong model year again. For Mk 3 they are indeed about £120 depends on the engine

Marmalizer has it, to almost the whole world it would be called an engine undertray, a plastic tray that fits under the sump to protect it. To SEAT ETKA it is called a sound deadener. Sorry for the confusion

There is one, it comes fitted as standard to the 1.6 Sport, it looks (after laying under my Cupra) like it'll also fit the Cupra... Question is why would you want it? The one on my 1.6 was cracking all over due to hanging too low and that was when the car was standard!!

But as I found out, it makes bugger all difference as theres slots drilled into it, the back and caves away and then the sides follow. For the £120 it costs, you may aswell make your own out of a sheet of plastic cut to shape.

Part number is 6K0 825 237 E for AYP engine, there are also a couple of cover plates either side with fittings could add another £40
