With that mileage I'd guess a lot of the bushes and most likely the dampers will be pretty much gone. Try and get the car up on ramps and have a good look over it.

Im doing a complete overhaul on my suspension at the moment...

as for bushes i've got... new front top mounts and bearings, rear top mounts, front/front TT wishbone bushes, front/rear wishbone bushes, front and rear bump stops, front ball joints and rear axle bushes.

In all it cost just over £300 from Dave at Seremotors on here.

A lot of people change to Powerflex, depends if you'll be doing other suspension mods or just keeping it standard.

Fingers crossed they'll be back processing orders by the end of this month.

We can't wait, got a order list as long as my arm.

OK, SuperPro bushes are slightly cheaper so if they're good quality and more comfortable, they sound good. For dampers, ECP have Bilstein dampers, the B8 SPRINT seem suitable for the sort of drop I want and they're a decent name that I've heard of without being too expensive. However, ECP have a choice of the front B8s in monotube or twintube, and the rear B8s in montube or monotube upside-down. Which work best for day to day driving (no track action planned although might be nice in future :))

Awesome have Eibach springs, should I go for Pro-Kit or SportLine though? Pro-Kit lowers to 40mm, SportLine to 50mm, should I be going for the closest match to what I want or just the cheapest?

/me wanders over to DPM's sponsors section to see what's available there...

Dont get the sportline ... I had that on my old 200sx and it was rock hard... the pro-kit is a good compromise. Eibach stuff is superb.
