Turning off cornering lights

there is a way to disable the cornering lights without the use of laptop or any kind of program.

i did it on mine.

behind the light control switch you just pull out pin 11
or as i did i cut it and installed a switch on pin 11 cable, and whenever i want cornering on i put the switch to on position and when i want cornering off i put it at off position.

the pin 11 cable is the cable that goes to the cornering control unit and tell it if the lights are on,
so if we cut it, the cornering control unit thinks that the main lights are off so it doesn't turn on cornering.
it is like the command pin in a relay.

i figure it out one day by messing with my cables

thank you for that information ntemis, does the method dscribed just disable the actuall corning function, or does it disable the fog lights alltogether, as i wish to retain the fog lights.
would you also be kind enough to guide me on how to remove the switch.

The fog lights work just fine, this method just disable the cornering function.
to remove the light switch push the switch down and then move it to position lights(move the light switch at the first position.
Then pull it out and you will see the connector behind the switch.

i contacted both my main dealer, and seat,who both stated it could not be done!

The stealers are becomming clowns.

When I was buying my car I wanted three things doing as part of the deal
Turn off cornering lights
Turn off auto locking
Turn off the seat belt chime

They were told that not doing the above were deal breakers.

All three were done as requested so they CAN be done.
