Isn't that what it's supposed to sound like? Or is this a really obviously different noise?

Any difference in performance?

it never use 2 make that before, it only started when i found a way of making the exaust pop, by cruisng and changing gear swiftly when hitting 2500rpm. the car makes a big popping noise.
now the i find it more difficult to make it pop. The whing noise sound like a diesel turbo spooling up, mines use to be nice and quiet

You might have cleared the gunk of the turbo vanes and exhaust allowing it to spool up properly.
The noise is normal and i love it!

debris in intake or perhaps beggining of the end of the turbo... if able view the compressor inlet and see if the blades looks damaged/bent etc

loose pipe somewhere?

Didn't you just recently fit an induction kit? Did you start to notice it after this?

Could just be that the turbo is more audiable through the new filter/piping etc over the standard airbox set up.

Then again bearings, (in general), do tend to make more noise when they're on their way out so maybe your turbo is going to give up the ghost fairly soon.
