HI there, i have just bought a car and currently it has a

KO4 Hybrid on it
Forge Front Mount
Big Port Manifold
4 Bar FPR
3" downpipe mated to a Milltek
with Cone Filter

what do you think i should expect. car had 285 on its last rolling road, felt it should have a wee bit more than that. Also what could i add to this to squeeze more out it cheers

first place I would start is get it on VAG COM for any obvious issues i.e. a tired MAF, which may be causing your car to be under reading

dependant on the map though, could be quite a conservative map, so actually nothing may be wrong with it at all

its been on Vag com the only fault that is coming up is the Lambda Sensor as the cat is missing apart from that all seems ok

not only this

get some VAG COM logs done i.e. measure req Vs act boost, g/s etc

failing that, I would put it down to the map
