Hi, im looking to buy a new turbo back exhaust for my ibiza fr tdi. just wondering on how much i should expect to pay. basically im doing a few mods before i get it remapped. Cheers

IIRC, mine was around £600-£650 fitted directly at milltek. They did an excellant job, and were very helpfull aswell. Oh, and it is so worth the cost

ouch, looks like i have to reconsider my plans then?? might jus leave the exhaust as it is. realli want the best for my car without spending too much!
Spaniels i guess uve had ur car remapped, how did ur existing clutch stand with the map? of have u fitted a new one?

I had a hybrid turbo conversion, about a week after that, i had an uprated sachs organic clutch fitted, but tbh, it coped well, considering it was running around 225 bhp and 350 lbft torque. New clutch is fine though, have had no trouble with that.
I would say, get the cat back fitted first, as that alone made an improvement with throttle responce, and sound. Then when you can afford it get the downpipe and sport cat, or get a de cat pipe. I paid around £285 for the cat back fitted at milltek. Have a look on www.millteksport.co.uk, that will give you more of an idea of what is possible, unless you want a different manufacture.

My cat-back powerflow was, £270 fully fitted, 2.5" bore with a 5x3" tailpipe,

Although JBS told me where it is bent over the rear axle it looks a bit shabby, but you get what you pay for,
