Forgot your useless use the search comments but;

Has anyone used the Triple QX engine oil and is it ok? ECP are doing a 5ltr for £31 then there's the 30% they've also got on service parts.

Either that or valvoline oil is £41. Never heard of anyone using these oils but I always have used castrol and I'm a bit unsure as to what else is out there.

Any help is welcome but please do keep the search comments to yourself!

EDIT: sorry forgot to mention its a 1.9tdi FR
Cheers, Sam.

That's ECP's own brand IRC.
It comes up for my cupra TDI if I put the reg in but it was only 505 spec. Be OK for a stock FR, but i'd still go for 507.
You can get Fuchs Titan PRO C-3 (5 litre) for £30 inc delivery on ebay which is good oil and 507.

btw, OILSPILL30 was still live last time I checked so you can knock 30% off the oil too. They do Castrol which is a not bad price with that code, but its only 4 litres...

I paid about £35 which is more than I wanted to pay but I needed it quick as I had a spare hour or so to service my car. I read somewhere too that its made by fuchs.
