Tow straps

Anyone fitted a tow strap to their Leon? How did you mount it up???

Pretty sure people have just either poked them through or cable tied them unless your thinking of a bolt on one in which case the thread is a left handed thread....

Ohhh I see yeah I was looking at getting a bolt on one. Will prob get a second hand toe hook cut and then weld a nut to it or get a bolt made up. I think it's m17x2.5 LH thread.

iv an orange one from my ep civic, was thinking of fitting it through the removal mesh part for the towing point, unsure how it would look on a mk2 though

when i had mine i just cable tied it to the grill but Im now looking to get a tow eye instead.

I've got a front one to fit and I'm sure there's a bolt hole to bolt it to.
