TO paint or not to paint?

Have been thinking about the mirrors on my FR Beeza for a while now and am unsure whether or not to have them sprayed black....opinions please and if anyone has pictures of an Ibiza FR with black mirrors please post em =)

you do run the risk of looking like a sport with black mirrors! lol

you can buy the cupra mirror covers fairly cheap from the dealers i belive, these are gloss black.

but my votes a no keep they grey as to many have done the cupra thing! (just my 2 pence!)

i say keep it standard as it looks the part...save it looking like lower models. if you REALLY want to change them just buy the cupra covers

I'd leave them as they are - it's one of the things that makes the car stand out as an FR

I'm in the same boat mate. I have a black Pre-facelift FR and can't decide if I want to leave the FR mirrors or change to the black Cupra equivalent.

Sometimes I like the FR ones, sometimes not. End of the day the cupra ones are only £12(ish), so not exactly bank breaking if I decide I don't like em. Not fussed if "Everyone's done it" really. Stuff looks good or it doesn't.

Only problem is, it's probably gonna make me want to change the wheels ASAP. it's on the cards anyway, but I have more important things to be spending my cash on at the moment (sorry car)..!

FR Mirrors really suit black so my vote is keep them silver.

I like the Silver mirrors they are a different touch then colour coding etc(even tho i get the piss taken out of me cause my mates say the factory ran out of paint to finish it off)

I have just bought cupra covers for my FR was gonna spray the mirrors I have anthracite to match my wheels but changed my mind (and my patience ran out on bloke at work who said they would do it for me) Personally the reason I can't leave them silver as they look wrong with the wheels now a different colours unless you are changin the wheel colour I say leave them for the reasons said above.
