Welcome to our new sponsor Lecatona, a brand dedicated to enhancing performance for VAG group sports cars, including SEAT, Audi, Volkswagen and Škoda. Specializing in High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) upgrades.
I have 1.4 TSI (125HP) Leon 2011.
I have 113k kilometers (70k miles) on the clock with the timing belt/chain still not replaced. It's not making any noises or anything, but am I supposed to replace it? At which interval?
So I don't need to replace it? I'm planning for keeping the car for yeeears, when will I know it's time to replace it before it snaps?
If it snaps it can damage the engine, right?
I'd be playing safe and get it replaced ASAP, I think that @300bhpdaily was just being funny, but sometimes humour does not cross regional/national boundaries very well - I should know, I'm originally from the West coast of Scotland!!!
