as my cars always at the dealers i never throw my dummy out the pram to them, as i know from working in the motor trade that they would miss treat it and probably drive on the red line on road test

yeah i wouldnt go out of my way to paint them myself! it is a quality issue so i would realli expect a replacement!

Well of course Id first ask the dealers obinion, and try get new ones. All im saying that if theyd blame you for it (using wrong kind of wax/car wash or some other bs etc.)and try to sell new emblems id rather say no thanks and leave and buy some paint. Rather than shake my fist and yelling cursewords at the dealer Or spending the next day on the phone crying on customer service. Its a cheap and easy mod if you want to save in costs - in that case.
