it was the IMG in warrington, i didnt see it there when i picked mine up on friday, so it may have gone, i am going tomorrow morning to ask about my ESP so ill check if its there for you as im only 5 mins away from it, waste of time you driving here if its not there

yeah its no probs setting off about 11, so ill keep you updated, yeah we can definately get together, although mine is not so much power haha, being a 19 y/o i had to go for the smaller engine to get insured, i still look cool though haha


although i will make the point the 1.4 petrol has a hell of an engine and is surprisingly fast, not a scratch on the TSI engines mind you

we need to get a few people from the north west involved and just go on a huge cruise, a big line of mk5 ibizas lol

Yeah that would be good. I know a lot of people have ordered in the last couple of months so Feb, March would probably a good time to organise it. The start or finishing point should definitely be Awesome Gti in Manchester though. We can have a look at all the toys that should be out for our cars by then.

well as long as we keep in touch we can organise one through here, shouldnt be a problem,

the only problem is seat waiting time haha, not many have their cars yet

One bloke said he ordered a Boc last week and was told Jan. I think the dealer might have mislead them a little there. I was told Jan but i'd put my money on Feb possibly even march. Just trying not to count the days as it always seems longer. This site isn't helping matters though!!

Insurance is strange. I’m paying £600 for my cupra now with flux. Rang up for a quote on change of car and they said they can’t cover me due to my age and value of car. I’m 24. They said to ring back when I’m 25 and they’ll be competitive. Admiral on the other hand gave me a quote of £650 full comp for 12 months. Go figure. Don’t want to cancel this year’s insurance as I’ll lose my 5th years NCB.

im 19, with 1 year NCB and for a 1.4 petrol im paying over 1k with direct line, fully comp on my own policy, which i have done from day one (rather sort my own problems out)

count yourself lucky

i had to wait 3 months for my SC

Mardon the Dakota red Boc is at IMG, its not been bought yet, if you go in dont tell them you have ordered it from another dealer, just say your looking at buying one or they wont let you drive it

Hi guys new member here! just thought id post to let you know the boc is at Warrington seat (an awesome machine) and Matt is the director of the garage i bought a Candy White Ibiza Cupra with racing brakes off him on sat very nice guy, can't wait only being built sometime in January tho

i bought mine 3 months ago from a guy called Mike who works there, equally as helpfull, but matt is the one that sorted out my problem with the ESP, they are a great bunch of guys at IMG, makes you wonder where all these stories of car salesmen come from lol

Unfortunatley no discount dealer said due to it being a factory order but i managed to get him to throw in the ipod connector and dock for free

overall worked out a few hundred dearer than a standard boc

The factory breaks really are a must if you plan to do anything further with the car in the future. I have them on my current car and couldn't go back to normal 2-pots

Yeah although i did try seat Manchester but they were not enthusiastic about sellin the car and did't treat me seriously so tried IMG and never looked back

I hate when your young and they just think your dreaming when you go to look at a car. I spoke to a bloke at Manchester Seat the other day. He seemed nice enough to be honest.

I'm pretty pleased with the service at Liverpool Seat. The bloke I dealt with Nick was a genuine guy and didn't try and oversell anything. The service department there is quality. The main bloke who has ether a Canadian or American accent has sorted me out a few times. Only downer is they wont fit my eibach springs as its a new car.

I went to Letchworth and spoke to Chris there. Test drove and bought the Boc on Saturday drove away yesterday. Awesome service there so if anyone is around that area i urge you to go there and speak to Chris
