I want to be able to get around 250bhp but we'll see.

Future plans are:

stage 2 hybrid turbo from turbo dynamics good for £250ish bhp
smf with uprated clutch kit
allard intercooler hard piping with sfs turbo outlet hoses
allard egr delete
lsd
full turbo back milltek exhaust pipe
pipercross induction kit
better cold air feed
19" Porsche 996 turbo wheels with 15mm adaptors
312mm audi tt front brake setup
eibach front and rear antiroll bars
strut braces
angel eye headlights
coilovers

The cars standard atm its got fsh and is mint and with a bit of time will soon be ready for some shows.

i want a uprated clutch but im not sure what to go for ??
Do i go for a smf or dmf, ive fitted a smf to an old golf gt tdi and didnt have any problems with it and i prefered it to a dmf as id have alot less problems with it but ive heard of horror stories such as cranks snapping etc etc
if i could have your imput guys id appreciate it :)

yea i dont hang about lol got money burning a hole in my pocket :)
the coilovers were only £160 from venom motorsport bargain hey :)
obviously i could have gone down the route of spax coilovers with adjustable damping, preload etc etc but i didnt see the point in spending £600 plus just on suspension esp if im only using it on the road.
Ill get the fk's fitted and ill see what ther like but ive had them before on other cars and they've done ther job fine.

glad you said that, i spotted them aswel, and for £10 more than a set of lowering springs i cant see any reason why not to buy these over springs.
You can lower them to any height and you have uprated shocks!?
Bargain mate, let me know how you get on.

well ive got the suspension on now and what a ***** the drivers side front is !! uve gota unbolt the bottom arm to allow the hub to come down enough bloody crap !! lol
anyway got the kit on and its ALOT better now, it actually goes round corners and the grip is soo much better obv cant test it very well due to the snow but just on looks alone its made the car. When it beds in and settles ill adjust it all again.

im very happy with the coilovers the build quality is very good esp considering they only cost me £160 !!
it took me longer to adjust them all at the correct height then what it did actually fitting them !!

Ordered and fitted new front and back powerflex bushes and new front bottom arms, wasnt to bad a job actually. the only thing that did annoy me was the fact that u can unbolt the right hand side brake hose but not the left hand side so its got to be disconnected.

next on order is the full turbo back stainless steel decat 2.5" milltek exhaust system not cheap at £600 but its worth every penny :)

good stuff, you should just cut out the back box man, proven gains and sounds subtle, and £550 cheaper lol

well i thought about that but then itll b bloody noisy, too noisy for me. Anyway its arrived and fitted and what a stupid idea the original exhaust is !! I had to cut it off near the rear axle just to get it off the car !!
Adding the milltek shouldof been the first thing i did cus its made such a difference to the performance of the car, removing the cat is the best thing you can do on a diesel !!

heres some pics of the new milltek system fitted :)

i also ordered a VF Engineering lower dogbone mount with polly bushes which has now been fitted
the lower mount is soooo much better than the factory one as it doesnt give as much and puts the power straight down into the road.

a pic of the front wishbones with the powerflex bushes which wer surprisingly easy to fit :)

next on order is the pipercross induction kit, watch this space :)

got the new pipercross induction kit fitted, the induction noise is alot loader and u can hear the turbo recirculation valve alot loader too. Performance wise i cant feel much of a difference but the throttle responce seems to have improved slightly, i was going to go for a panel filter but i prefer the sound of an induction kit

heres the pics :)

leon36.jpg

this also turned up 2day :) the fabia rear wiper arm

leon38.jpg

Next on order is the ecs big brake kit for the rear, these beauties are 310mm 2 piece floating drilled and grooved discs.
only trouble now is that the rear brakes will be bigger than the fronts !!!!!

cheers guys :)
i used just normal rear light tinting spray from halfords gota bit carried away with it tho but avnt been pulled over for it yet so looks like itll be staying on.
yea i duno y seat painted the mirrors silver on the tdi's ?? it looks stupid every1 thinks ive brought new ones and havnt had them painted lol

just an update the powerflex bushes are awesome i wish i done them sooner, the car used to oversteer everwhere but since fitting these bushes it handles soo much better, i cant believe the difference its made to the car

Its because you have an FR not a CUPRA

My CUPRA TDI came with black mirrors, look on Ebay plenty of mirror caps usually cheaper than painting yours.
