Had a few text's and a letter from the dealer abot warranty work that needs doing..

so rung up and asked what it was all about, and they said theres a ECU map update for certain chassis numbers. Thats al they knew about it.

I said to them I wont bother as its already remappd so the update would proabably make f'all difference anyway..

They said thanks for letting us know.. they'll let SEAT know :p

anyone else had this?

I dont know who you have your software with, but usually Revo and others update there maps to bring in new changes. It may be worth giving your software maker a call to see if they have an updated file with the new changes rather than the dealer.

I am going to give Revo a call about this to see if they have updated software or if it will be available. :)

I'm pretty sure my FR TFSI had an ECU update last time it was in to have it's orange engine light investigated. It's in today for its first service, so I'll ask if there's been another update and if so, what it was for.
