if you buy the cupra steering wheel make sure you buy the airbag unit aswell as the airbags cant be swapped over byut can be reto fitted yes!

Wing mirror wind noise is a general Seat problem imo. My FRtdi does it and
my wifes Altea tdi is probably slightly worse!
Other than that, great cars.
