TDI temperature...

K.. lately the temperature in my engine goes up to ~ 91-93.. instead of just sitting at 90 like a good girl. Could this be a glitch with the indicator or could this be serious ?

Also recently i've went fishing wit a few buddies and had to drive on a country road.. a pretty bad one; and at one point i scratched the road with the bottom of my car (where the oil pan is) pretty badly cause both my front wheels took a dive.

I was really scared for a while but no warning light came on.. and i don't think im leaking oil or anything; should i be worried ?

Could be water pump from what I have read on other threads, I would get it checked out.

How can you not know if your leaking oil? it normally leaves a black puddle on the driveway or road.

I would still get checked though to be safe

If its 1 or 2 degrees above normal then it will be within the laws of error etc. Personally I wouldn't worry unless it was really high.
