Tapatalk log-in failed - xml file was not imported?

Hi

I can't log into the forums through Tapatalk iPhone app (iPhone 6s). Get message:
Log in failed
Tapatalk add-on file tapatalk.xml was not imported. Says some forum features may be missing.
If I click OK, can't get any further.

I know password and it's definitely correct (saved on phone).

Any ideas, please? Or how do I report to admins?

There has been some talk about turning off tapatalk https://forums.seatcupra.net/index.php?threads/gdpr-and-seatcupra-net.444619/#post-4778363

Contact admins via email [email protected] and or wait for them to pick this message up.

Or you can always pm one of the admins.

I saw @Syphon post with Tapatalk earlier I think...

I got an error when the site got upgraded but that was fixed by the fine admin.

Are you using Tapatalk for the first time or has it just stopped working today?

I've used Tapatalk for a while but wasn't logged in. I hadn't seen Syphon's post. I replied on the linked post as although I can use the forum through the phone browser (Safari), I've had a few popups asking if I want to open the page in Tapatalk. It's not that much of a problem but it's happened a few times today. If Tapatalk is no longer supported, then it would be good to get rid of the popups.
The updated site works fine on iPhone otherwise. So, no real need for the Tapatalk app.

The Tapatalk update for GDPR seems to have bust stuff. If it isn't fixed soon we'll remove the popups.
