Tail light constant bulb doesnt working

Yesterday I changed my right tail light bulb, the switch was turned on and suddenly the bulb i replaced -turned off

So right now the right tail light work fine(signal/reverse/brake light)
Except the light that suppose to work constant

What have i done so far:
1.Replaced the bulb again-didn't worked
2. Checked several time the fuse box with multimeter and they all good
3. Dissembled the tail light and switch between them-the right tail light work fine when connected to the left connector
4. Checked the right connector with a test light and there isn't any voltage on the constant light wire

Any suggestion what should I do next?

Place the vehicle on the lift. Remove the underbody panel. 90% cable break at the reverse gear switch

But the reverse light works fine
Only the bulb that should work constantly isnt working

Disconnect the battery for 20 minutes and hold the connections that are normal on the battery together.
