Hello I hope someone can help me with my suspension question. I didnt really want to lower my cupra as the one reason I sold my last car was because it was to harsh. Basically I am looking for a suspension setup that doesnt lower it to much ie over 25mm, keeps the same sort of right comfort but just tightens it up around the corners.

The only thing I have experienced this on is sppon sport springs that lower 15mm but sharpen it up superbly around the corners and keep it at the same ride comfort.

Is there a seat alternative?

Thanks in advance!

Wot about the SEAT SPORT Setup??

I think they are Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs, Lowers around 30mm, I think Olyy20vt had em, i saw fhis car in GOLF+, Add a Front strut brace and that should tighten it up a treat, and not lower that much!!!

Your like me!!! I brought my CUPRA cos i wanted something quieter, smoother and quicker than my tin can!!!! Only i'm now looking to lower mine, and getting an exhaust!!! Won't strip it tho cos then i will be back at square1!!!!

In order to get the car to handle that little bit better you will need to stiffen the ride. Theres no way of really getting around it. Unless you go for (my opinion) New standard shocks, Seat sport springs & a strut to stiffen the front slightly. If you want to keep to a budget.

Ive got KW Varient 2 Coilovers.... and its not too harsh but you will get used to it..
