Stuck at downloading

Hi,

I am trying to update my system with usb. It keeps getting stuck at the downloading page wich I don't know how to fix. I tried the 1899 wich is the one that gets stuck and i tried the 1940 but it doesn't even read that file on my usb. This is the page it gets stuck on.

Correct me, but you'll have to go to your dealer to upgrade the version you have now, as can't be update it this way. Some versions and updates require several steps.

Yeah i would but theres a waiting list of 3 months so thats not an option for me.

Was it ever stuck at this page for you? If so all you did was press the power button for 45 secs?

yes, once. I was a bit nervous then. I just held down the power button until it started up again.

Yes, 1668.

Yeah I looked everywhere for a lower version software but all I could find was 1899 / 1940 / 1969. Cant find any earlier.

currently only 18XX and 19XX, I'll get back to you tomorrow, I have an idea
