I currently have my own stereo under my steering wheel, but i want to take it out.
However, i'm not sure what to do. When i had the standard stereo connected up with the standard cd changer when i first bought the car, the CD changer didn't play CD's I made myself (not MP3 before anyone asks), just normal CD's i made. But the person that owned the car before said he used to play his own CD's in it, so i don't know why i can't?
Now i'm thinking about just connecting my iPod with an FM transmitter but i've been told the quality wouldn't be very good. Has anyone else done this, and is it true?
Also, what CD changer could I put in there that would play my own CD's?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated
