Stage 1 Cupra Revo Fuel Pressure Request

Hi

Could any one tell me what a Stage 1 Cupra Revo map should be requesting for fuel pressure?

Mine is requesting 130 bar....... It can only achieve around 120 bar on standard pump so why is it requesting 130bar?

I have a flat spot around 5700rpm in 4th+ once I have changed from 3rd to 4th and trying to get to the bottom of it.

Not sure what the issue is.

Plugs have been changed and new Fuel Filter. Car is a 2010 Cupra with 5k miles on the clock

according to REVO on their sales log it says that the current revision of the Stage 1 file was installed at 9:47am.

Thats why I want to know if the stage 1 file should request 130bar or not to make sure that I am running the correct file for definite.

Is there any other way to check.

I don't have REVO, but my GIAC flash loader tells me which map is loaded currently. Would the REVO SPS have the same function?

I remap my car 2.0 TFSI (Revo Stage 1) and I get exactly the same ...

The fuel pump of claim 110b passes (stock) to 130b (Stage 1).

This is normal? For that gasoline demand so much pressure?


The stocks HFPP is not able to deliver throughout the rev range the 130b (from 3000-6300 rev) does not reach the defendants 130b.

looks fine? it's not going to max at 130... but the actual request = 127.32 based on these results...

If your getting flat spots...worth checking for boost leaks and mis-fire counts

Mite be worth calling REVO or posting this at the REVO section

Hello.

I've posted in the section Revo.

I can not even post pictures on the forum (to have 15 post or more) when I can post pictures featured a graphic (vag com channel 230) so you can see what I get.

My flat spot issue was sorted when I got the new updated STG1 REVO code.

Not sure what it requests now as I haven't logged it but I do know that the flat spot has totally disappeared.

I can not post pictures because it is new (need 15 post) when I can hang the fuel pressure graph of my car when I was on set and now remap with Stage 1 (130b).

You got to ride a piston type Autotech kit?
