near Midland VW ;)
Mine have started doing this! Midland VW said it was just glazed pads and I've prolly got another 5000ish miles left on them! Don't think that pads are covered by warranty because they're consumable items, and it's prolly due to the pads gettin too hot because you've being giving it a little too much!

Mine squeak, they have just started again. I got them deglazed last year under warrenty but that never really cured the problem and they still squeaked from time to time, seems to of started again since its got abit warmer.

nothing more classy than pulling up with squeaky brakes lol

Be interested to hear if there is another cure? Mine will need changing soon so that may do the trick

sometimes just taking the pads out and sanding the face with sandpaper till its smooth and taking the edges of the pads off to match the lip (if any) on the disc stops the squeeking. but they will need bedding in again.

Mine used to squeak, but i had the brakes re-aligned and that cured them.

You had what done now?

The best cure is to coat the moving parts on the pads with copper grease to prevent them from squeeking, re-facing the pads will only temperarily solve the problem but they can become glazed again in a matter of miles.
