In the early days when people were making their own angel eyes, there were quite a few posts about opening up the units. Have a look for early angel eyes posts.

I did a ton of searching.. ended up with nothing. Was I looking too old posts that theyre already been deleted or smt.. Or just a tool with this search thingy??

Really need to know could you split the headlights open and get them back together again w/o breaking them. How-to would be great thanks.:)

the seat headlamps dont use the metal clips to hold the front cover on i belive they are just a sealed unit iirc :think:

"Sealed" being used very loosely tho eh rash! Think everyone i know with a Seat has at least 1 light misted up from time to time!

silica gel ceases to be useful after 30 minutes in the open atmosphere, so there's no point in just slapping them in.

Not Correct At All :no: Honda Use This In There More Recent Models (accord Ect) Ive Got These In My Headlamps And They Work A Treat! Its A Tiny Pot Of Silica Gel With Hundreds Of Little Holes For It To Breathe And My Headlamps Where Replaced Under Warranty And They Steamed Up Again But Put 1 Of These In The Headlamp And Havent Seen It Sinse :shrug:
