hmmmmm  been looking at that myself but was thinking it wont fit. Does it differ much from the standard airbox/cupra intake/green cotton combo? I take it the engive cover wont fit with it?

Sorry for so many questions lol

Can't say as with the bigger turbo also the car is very different to drive ;)

I think it's the Forge strut brace that's the reason the cover won't fit

The forge one fits over 3 bolt holes, rather than just 2 that the seat one does, its also adjustable, and imho it makes the car so much more responsive, quicker turn in etc.

what the forge one or a strut brace in general

Well i had the seat sport one sinse i had the car, made it better, then i changed for the Forge one as it looked like it fitted better, and i got it at a good price. IMHO, it has transformed the car. If you dont have a strut brace, then i would strongly advise investing in one, as for such a cheap mod, it makes the world of difference.

Has me thinking now.......as cleaning my current airfilter is a bu**er of a job with the strut brace over the top if it.

I take it you removed the airbox? Have you have any issues with your MAF? The cold feed runs from the standard intake into the new kit?

Are you at any meets as I'd like to have a wee look at your set up if you wouldn't mind that is

The only reason I have the forge brace is becauce it's alloy to match the rest under the bonnet:)

@ Spaniels is you forge brace only just onto the thread?

Have you go any lights on the dash yet?
