did the LCR come with 5 alloys or a space saver?

mine came with a 4 stud space saver, which is uselss, someone had taken the 5 stud wheel.

i need to get a replacment for my trip to le mans next month...

if anyone has a spare i can have? :D

Even crappy ones fetch a good price second hand! And don't forget to add on the price of a new tyre if it needs it too.

How long ago did you buy your car? No chance of going back and kicking some ass until they agree to buy you a spare wheel? ;)

iv had the car about 4 months. i could speak to the garage, but im really not sure its worth the hassel, its my fault as much as theres, i didnt check it.

do the wheels form a lower spec leon fit? cupra alloy or even a steel wheel? are the rolling radius' similar?

Rolling radius isn't the problem, it's the clearance of the Brembos that's the problem. The only 17" wheel that I know fits is the Audi S3 wheel. Everything else would need a stupid amount of spacers to get to fit, which isn't practical on a spare wheel as it would mean carrying longer bolts too.

You will need a decent size wheel to get over the brembos !!! I guess this is why seat supplied them with a full size one. :blink:

didnt think of that!

how about over the rear brakes? i can alwas swap wheels around if need be.
probably just be eaiser to get the rignt wheel.

Rear brakes will be fine as they are so much smaller. If you're going down that route, have a look out for the 17" version of the LCR wheel that came fitted to the FR+, as at least that looks similar in style :)
