Space saver spare

I'm trying to get hold of a space saver for my 56 Toledo, running standard 205/55VR16s. I believe it's an 18 inch wheel. Does anyone know if a space saver for a Mk 5 Golf GTI (18 inch) would fit?

You say you have 205/55VR16s but want an 18" spare?

18" because of the skinny profile of the spare (125/80 x18 I believe).
