Sorry i mean LC calipers can, but everyone says that the LCR Brembo's cant .

I see no difference, like Satan says, it should be no different, and just redrill the disks.

yeah i get you now iirc there is a difference because stokoe has the 312mm parts fitted to his Golf which went straight on since his Golf is 5 stud. but before he got them he told me he couldnt use LCR calipers?

though it might be that the only reason he had was because of his wheels.

perhaps offset is different, but then you'd need to sort the adaptors for the 312 fitments any way i'd assume. F2Stu did for his mk4 cupra AP calipers

lol wondered how long till you noticed....

thing is though, i didnt realise how cheap they were! i could buy 2 for the price of a decent M3!

also years ago they'd be cheap tax band, but now that is emissions based im not sure how they are.

just clutching at straws for the moment, but running out of ideas

200sx s14a maybe? again cheap, and kinda skyline esq funky looking

however would i go back in time so much for my daily drive? 2002 plate to 1996-2000 ish

just cant believe how much focus RS's still cost, can pick up low mile ST2s for same price!
M3, Evo both the same...just not dropping as much any more

the way i've always thought about is like this....

the ibiza could be fast as ****, IHI turbo, nothing on the roads that could touch it, and quite cheap in comparison to a new car

but i'd still be driving around in a rattley old piece of crap that wont hold any value at all. not too mention its pretty ****in common **** now, they're every where!

i want performance but i'd sacrifice some for abit more luxury and comfort as well as something quite special that stands out.by Jan 08 this car will be going

You've hit the nail on the head there carl, the big problem is we have to spend a lot of money to have something as quick with all the toys.

Its a lot cheaper to make the car quicker than it is to buy something else. I could spend 2.5k on it now and it would be quicker than 95% of the cars you'd come across, but as you say, do you want it in a spanish piece of crap.

Tough one for me personally coz i can afford either easily.
