Just been out with Jonzy and Arwell to log my car over glynneath.

I'm now running HB9 and timing 8. Spike of 2540 and wastgate duty lookin spot on, but the mad thing is i'm not seeing any timing pull, literally 0's across the board at all times. Nothing, not even on over run. So i'm gonna ask about running maxed out settings.

Also cranked the wastegate a bit to give me the spike above as it wasnt giving me much of a kick down low. All awesome now. :D

Didnt bother loggin maf as it was pulling 160's before and the car isnt holding back at all.

Phil logs sound interesting. Ive put the standard N75 on and my N75 duty is now down at 75% at the top of the rev range, it was 100% with the J-suspect nagered valve.
Wouldnt mind swapping logs with you to have a comparison.
I also havent ever seen any correction factor values, and still none but now only running HB7T7.
I ran HB9T9 for a while on optimax and still didnt see any CF's but couldnt really feel any performance difference so knocked it back again. Thought my knock sensors were ****** at one point because of the straight 0's

Sounds the same as mine to be honest. 0's everywhere.

I much prefer the J valve to the normal one as i found the normal to be too flat without the large spike at the start.

Nice one Dave

Matt, cheque came today mate.

Phil I thought that when I first put the J on, but since putting the F back on few days ago I get a spike at 2540 @3100 and it holds 2540 until 4k. Never used to hold that long before for sure.

PMSL!! :roflmao:

there probably is an application out there that can be used but i've not heard of one.

like me and Dave said...you could have a dealer read the ecu and if its not revo'd then their revo management software wont work on it!

Ahh but yeah, it would mean me having the ECU to do that, meaning i've already bought it.

I trust the person who is acting as the middle man, and he's the one who said he'd check it, i was just wondering how!

Right im off to VW, back soon/
